WHO IS KID YUGI?

His real name is Francesco Stasi but now he is called Kid Yugi and he as born on 14 April 2001. First his name wasn't Kid Yugi, in fact when he started singing his name was Abisso. He mention Abisso in the magiority of his song. He is from Massafra that is a small city near Taranto, in Puglia. He talk a lot of Massafra in his songs, songs like "Massafghanistan" that is a song about Massafra, but he mention it in all his song. He does a lot of feat with RRARI DAL TACCO, Tedua, Tony Boy, Young Hush, most of them are from Puglia too.

HIS SONGS

His most famous songs are Paradiso Artificiale, that is a feat with Tedua, Baby Gang and Noyz Narcos, then there's Eva, a feat with Tedua and Lilith that he made by himself. He did three albums, the first one is The Globe, 3 November 2022. Then he made Quarto di Bue, he made it 27 April 2023. The last he did is I Nomi del Diavolo 1 March 2024, with his deluxe, Tutti i Nomi del Diavolo

EX ANGELO- ORIGINAL VERSION

The song "Ex Angelo" is about how a person changes over time. The title means "I'm no longer an angel," where "angel" represents someone pure, good, or happy. But when we say "Ex," it means that person is not the same as before. Kid Yugi talks about how he lost that feeling of being perfect or happy, and now he feels different, maybe sad or confused. He used to be like an angel, but now he's not, maybe because of the bad things he's been through. The song is about how we all change over time, going through hard moments that make us stronger, but also a bit sadder.

Actually Kid Yugi talks about very complex topics in all his song, I like him for that too.

HIS CONCERTS

Kid Yugi doesn't make concerts in stadiums but only in clubs, he reacently came to Tortoreto at PLAZA, and it's the second time that he came to Abruzzo, the first time was last summer at Sayonara. He did a sort of contest, "Real Talk".

REAL TALK

"Real Talk" is a format that started in 2016, created by Bosca, a well-known producer in the Italian rap scene, and Khaled, his childhood friend who lives in London. Then Oliver, joined as the host. The concept is simple but super cool: there's a rapper in the studio, they get three brand-new beats, each lasting about two minutes, and they have to write and spit three verses straight into the mic, with no filters, just like a true freestyle challenge. It's basically a test to see who's really got skills!
