📖 Welcome, Super Readers!

🔎 Purpose: Have you ever seen a tricky word and didn’t know how to read it? Don’t worry! This activity will teach you different strategies to help you decode (figure out) new words. By the end, you’ll have tools to become a confident, independent reader!

🎯 Objective: You will explore seven buttons to help you word on your reading skills. Remember one of the buttons will be invisible you will have to search for it. You will practice using these strategies in fun activities and learn how to choose the best one for different words.

1️⃣ Read the Word: Look at the word carefully. Say it out loud. 2️⃣ Break It Apart: Clap or tap as you say each syllable. Example: un-hap-py (clap for each part). 3️⃣ Blend It Back Together: Say the syllables separately, then blend them into the full word.
