Qu'est ce qu'un Arbitre?

L'arbitre

Un passionné

Même si les fonctions sont différentes, l'arbitre fait partie intégrante d'un club et est animé de la même passion pour son sport.Arbitrer c'est un investissement important avec beaucoup de déplacement, une rémunération interessante quand ond ébute l'arbitrage ( environ 200 euros par mois).

Un arbitre comme un joueur prépare sa rencontre : - deux semaines avant le match - préparation physique, echauffement - besoin d'être pret le jour J Dans la saison, l'arbitre doit passer des tests pour pouvoir évoluer.

- L'arbitre peut se tromper ( question d'angle parfois, d'impression)- la contestation n'est pas admissible (encore plus chez les jeunes)
