PROTECT

K-12 Student Curriculum, Parent and Staff Curriculum, and Train-the Trainer Model Available

PROTECT gives schools the tools to prevent human trafficking through education for students, teachers, and parents. Our evidence-based program aligns with state requirements, like Erin’s Law, and helps create safer learning environments. PROTECT also works with schools and community partners to establish clear response protocols when a student is identified or self-identifies as a trafficking victim.

Safe Life

Classes Formed by Age & Ability Levels

Safe Life Classes empower individuals with disabilities (developmental and other, including autism) with skills to make positive choices and decisions. Clients learn why self-determination, abuse awareness, appropriate relationships, and civic responsibilities are needed. They receive information, tools, and strategies that can be used to address physical, emotional, social and civil well-being. They have the opportunity to practice and apply learned safety, abuse prevention and decision-making skills.

1 Hour Course for Anyone!

From Awareness to Action--Introductory Insights into Human Trafficking: Build foundational knowledge to recognize and understand human trafficking. Gain insights and practical ways to make a difference. Awareness is the first step; action follows.

BRAVE

8 Online Courses, Best Practices and Responses for Victims of Exploitation

BRAVE is a dynamic eLearning training program designed to equip service providers with trauma-informed skills for supporting underserved populations. Through engaging content, including videos, interactive activities, and live discussions, participants learn to address the needs of exploited youth effectively. The program covers key topics such as human trafficking recognition and crisis management, ensuring safer and more supportive services.

TATE

Telecommunications professionals who complete the TATE training will become RAN certified, indicating that they know how to recognize human trafficking and know who and how to notify those who can provide resources to a victim. Participants will also receive a completion certificate and a RAN Sticker Decal to display.

Hues of Prevention

5 Age Appropriate Coloring books for Ages 5-17+

Through storytelling and coloring, youth learn about important topics like trusting their inner voice, creating safety plans, and recognizing unsafe situations — all in an age-appropriate way. These coloring books are perfect for a variety of settings, including families, schools, social services, community centers, mental health services, system-impacted youth, and faith-based organizations.

RISE

50+ hours of evidence-informed professional development

RISE is a comprehensive psychoeducation initiative designed by experts to equip professionals who work with system-impacted youth and their families. Using a three-pronged approach, RISE offers specialized training for professionals, resources to support the youth’s families, and presentations and tools tailored for the youth themselves. This holistic model empowers professionals to foster resilience, provide meaningful guidance, and create positive change for youth and their support networks.

Implementation Manager, Katy manages all aspects of program implementation across Prevention Education, including Facilitator Academies, and online learning management systems. She works closely with active partners and tracks program impact to ensure successful delivery and long-term success.
