Do you need to change your Learning Agreement?

It will be onsite and online (if your lessons begin later). More details will be sent in advance. A picnic will be offered to all incoming students at Campus Sur some weeks later (24th Sep.2025).

Please consider the remarks detailed on the e-mail of acceptance and check the course catalogue.

Civil liability insurance:

If your Home Institution does not provide it, please get the OnCampus insurance offered by UPM.

All incoming students need to sign an insurance policy (that includes civil liability, accident and health care covers) provided by the Home Institution.

The arrival date will be the date when you sign the check-in:

• at the welcome session;
• in our office (A6104): please make an appointment in advance*.

The end date of the study period is the last day the student had to be present at the Receiving Institution, not his actual date of departure, this is: the end of exam period or mandatory sitting period.If you need to get the paper copy please ask for an appointment in advance*.

About the LA/OLA

• The LA/OLA is a provisional document subject to change due to timetable conflicts or content adaptation.
• The ETSIST's mobility office will enroll the agreed courses (except for the Spanish courses which require an enrollment by the student; please go to "Spanish courses").
• Mandatory period for changes to the LA/OLA (once the stay is started): the first two weeks of lessons:
• please ask for the changes to movilidad.etsist@upm.es (write clearly the courses added / deteled);
• please get the previous approval from the Home Coordinator.

The UPM Language Centre is in charge of the language courses.
