INTRODUCTION

The IntegrAGE Age Management Toolbox is composed of different tools, which have been divided in four main categories. These tools are not specifically designed for 55+ age groups, but they can be adapted within a company internal strategy to promote the integration of employees over 55 years old. In the last chapter "In-Company adaptation", we offer suggestions on how to integrate them in your company´s day-to-day processes.

It also assists in determining whether individuals in assigned roles have the required skills.

How to use it

Engage with the AI Chatbot: Initiate conversations with the AI to discuss your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. The administrator registers through the web interface. Subsequently, individual employees either register themselves or are registered by the administrator. It is also possible to import employee data in bulk from a CSV file using the data import procedure (not available in the free membership). In the initial phase, everything must be set up based on the company roles: roles, skills and their descriptions, scoring scale, workplaces, and teams. Afterward, employees can test themselves on their skills and record their desire to improve, and the administrator or supervisor can also evaluate them. Once data is collected, analyses can be conducted using pre-prepared, clear reports.
