Sensory Walk
We created a sensory pathway using natural elements: water, mud, sand, grass, wood, and more. The children walked barefoot or used their hands to explore the textures, sounds, and smells. We discussed what they felt with each sense (hearing, touch, smell, sight, taste) and concluded how we perceive the world around us.
Retell the story
Using the digital tool LearningApps, the children placed key historical events in the correct order, enhancing their sensory memory and sense of time.
Creating the paths to the cave
The children were divided into five groups, and each group constructed a “stage” of the journey: Grass River Mud Forest Snow and Cave
Using simple materials, they created a large-scale representation of the story
Our Big Bear Hunt Adventure: A Journey with Friends
Each school (or group) took on and dramatized a scene from the story. The scenes were combined into a collective video, presenting the full narrative with sound, movement, and acting.
Counting steps, sorting
The children measured how many steps it took to cross the river, the grass, the mud, etc. They recorded and compared their results.
