what is Eft?

EFT is an alternative therapeutic method that combines tapping on specific points on the body with focusing on emotional issues,thoughts, or memories. The goal is to release emotional blockages and improve our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. It has its roots in acupuncture, which is an ancient Chinese medicine technique, but EFT has evolved into a powerful psychological tool for managing stress, anxiety, emotional healing, and even physical pain relief.
