Its about balance.Balancing recovery also means optimizing the structure between low-intensity recovery days and more intense training days. The goal is to ensure that recovery isn’t just reactive, but proactive mapped out and planned just like their workouts.

It’s not enough to just have a plan. Can you get your client to stick to it? Consistent use of recovery techniques is where the real magic happens. As coaches, we need to provide our clients with strategies that will become habits. Our job is to help them understand why recovery is just as important as the training itself.
