Cancel a viewing

To cancel a viewing you'll need to find the original viewing details which can be found in the Timeline for both the property and the contact. The following guide refers to cancelling the viewing from the property, but the steps are the same if you choose to do it from the contact.

Click Properties on the main toolbar

From the Properties screen

Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties. Or look for the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right of the screen.

Next, click Timeline on the side menu.

Click the All On/Off option in the top right corner of the screen. Then click the Viewings filter.

Click the date and time of the viewing to open it in full.

On the Viewing window

Click the Cancel Viewing button.

On the Cancel Viewing window

The Cancel Viewing window will appear. Select the relevant cancellation reason and click Confirm Cancellation.

Confirmations and reminders

The Send Confirmation and Set Up Reminders for this Viewing window will appear. Click Send All to send an email or SMS message or Click Cancel if no confirmations are required.
