Training Needs Assessment

To enhance operational effectiveness and sustainable practices, we would like to initiate a Training Needs Assessment (TNA) to identify professional development opportunities that improve efficiency and support strategic growth. This initiative will align training with institutional priorities, equipping staff with the skills needed for long-term success.

• Identify training gaps and workforce development needs through a structured assessment.

• Develop a comprehensive inventory of existing training programs to assess current offerings.

• Improve alignment of training programs with institutional priorities, ensuring they support operational efficiency and scalability.

• Recommend strategies to enhance coordination, accessibility, and overall effectiveness of training initiatives.

The Flight Path Analysts will:

• Surveys to assess training needs and skills gaps

• Focus Groups to discuss challenges and priorities.

• Interviews with key stakeholders to align training initiatives with strategic goals.
