-AEROBIC ACTIVITIES which increases the heart rate and trains breathing and is essential for the general health of our body.-ANAEROBIC ACTIVITIES: mainly inludes strenght activities that do not require great cardiac effort. It includes activities such as bodybuilding. -STRETCHING ACTIVITIES: stretching is crucial to maintaining flexibility, especially as we age, when we tend to lose this quality in our muscles and tendons. -BALANCE: improving your balance is essential, especially as we age, becuase it makes you more stable and prevent falls.

Dangers of too much physical activity
Too much activity, especially physical or mental exertion, can lead to a range of dangers depending on the type and intensity. Some of the risks include: 1. Physical Injury: Doing too much exercise can lead to strains, sprains, joint injuries, or even fractures. 2. Overtraining Syndrome: This happens when you push your body beyond its capacity for too long without enough rest, leading to fatigue, weakness, sleep disturbances, and increased susceptible to illness. 3.
