As condições estruturais para o projeto foram esclarecidas, as tarefas foram distribuídas de acordo e, juntos, trabalharemos de forma intensiva nos próximos dois anos para alcançar o nosso objetivo.

Durch die Vorbildwirkung wird es auch gelingen, diese demokratische Haltung in der Gesellschaft als Ganzes zu stärken. Wir freuen uns, dass Sie mit Ihrem Letter of Interest unser Projekt von Beginn an unterstützt haben und möchten Sie ab jetzt in regelmäßigen Intervallen über den Projektfortschritt informieren. Mehr Demokratie an Volksschulen
Anfang September haben wir als internationale Projektgruppe gestartet, um Prozesse und Methoden zu entwickeln, die es ermöglichen, demokratische Kompetenzen in unseren Primarstufen zu erlernen und zu üben.In einem ersten Schritt haben wir die Möglichkeiten und Herausforderungen für die Umsetzung einer demokratischen Schulkultur in den Partnerländern ausgelotet und ersten Fragen zusammengestellt, um demokratische Prozesse an den Schulen erheben zu könne

Project coordinator
The mission of PARAGON-eduTech, the Greek project partner, is to promote research and innovation for inclusive learning with understanding, trust and empathy. PARAGON also focusses on the numerous challenges posed by technological innovations in the field of education.
The project is the responsibility of PBOe, the Private Educational Organisations Austria. As an umbrella organisation of 26 independent schools, PBOe advocates a democratic, free and diverse education system that gives every child access to the school that meets their needs - regardless of their family‘s financial situation.
Our Portuguese partner, Agrupamento de Escolas Terras do Ave (AETA), a cluster of 10 educational units in the north of Portugal with around 1,500 pupils from pre-school to primary and secondary school, is responsible for the practical testing of the tools developed in the project. Almost 70 teachers work at the primary levels alone. AETA promotes inclusive education and attaches great importance to the social and personal development of the children and young people.
Project partners
Blickpunkt Identität is the second Austrian partner with many years of experience in the field of training and further education for young people and adults. Seminars, coun- selling and coaching are offered as part of the international project activities.
Jaitek is our specialist for the technical implementation of the developed programmes. The Spanish institute sees technology as a way of meeting the new demands of our time, as a tool for change that serves to make access to education better and easier.

Projektkoordinator
Die Mission von PARAGON-eduTech, dem griechischen Projektpartner, ist die Förderung von Forschung und Innovation für inklusives Lernen mit Verständnis, Vertrauen und Empathie. PARAGON hat dabei auch die zahlreichen Herausforderungen, die sich durch technologische Innovationen im Bildungsbereich ergeben, auf dem Schirm.
Das Projekt wird von der PBÖ, den Privaten Bildungseinrichtungen Österreich, verantwortet. Als Dachverband von 26 Schulen in Freier Trägerschaft tritt die PBÖ für ein demokratisches, freies und vielfältiges Bildungssystem ein, das jedem Kind den Zugang zu der Schule ermöglicht, die seinen Bedürfnissen entspricht - unabhängig von der finanziellen Situation der Familie.
Für die praktische Erprobung der im Projekt entwickelten Werkzeuge steht unser portugiesischer Partner, die Agrupamento de Escolas Terras do Ave (AETA), ein Cluster von 10 Bildungseinheiten im Norden Portugals mit rund 1.500 Schülern von der Vorschule über die Primarstufe bis hin zu weiterführenden Schulen. Knapp 70 Lehrkräfte arbeiten alleine an den Grundschulen. AETA fördert eine integrative Bildung und legt großen Wert auf die soziale und persönliche Weiterentwicklung der Kinder und Jugendlichen.

Blickpunkt Identität bringt als zweiter österreichischer Partner langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Aus- und Weiterbildung von Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen ein. Im Rahmen ihrer internationalen Projekttätigkeit entwickelt die Institution laufend didaktisches Know-how in den Bereichen Verhinderung von vorzeitigem Schulabbruch, Demokratiebildung, positive Psychologie, Resilienz und Klimaschutz.
Jaitek ist unser Spezialist für die technische Umsetzung der erarbeiteten Angebote. Das spanische Institut versteht Technologie als einen Weg, den neuen Anforderungen unserer Zeit zu begegnen, als Werkzeug des Wandels, das dazu dient, den Zugang zu Ausbildung besser und einfacher zu gestalten.

El proyecto es responsabilidad de PBOe, las Organizaciones Educativas Privadas de Austria. Como organización que agrupa a 26 escuelas independientes, PBOe aboga por un sistema educativo democrático, gratuito y diverso que permita a cada niño acceder a la escuela que mejor se adapte a sus necesidades, independientemente de la situación económica de su familia que satisfaga sus necesidades, independientemente de la situación económica de su familia.

At the beginning of September, we startet as an international project group to developprocesses and methods that enable the introduction of democratic measures in our pri-mary schools and involve the entire school community - from school management andteachers to learners, parents and the entire school environment.

Η AETA προωθεί την εκπαίδευση χωρίς αποκλεισμούς και αποδίδει μεγάλη σημασία στην κοινωνική και προσωπική ανάπτυξη των παιδιών και των νέων.

Η Blickpunkt Identität είναι ο δεύτερος αυστριακός εταίρος με πολυετή εμπειρία στον τομέα της κατάρτισης και της περαιτέρω εκπαίδευσης νέων και ενηλίκων. Στο πλαίσιο των διεθνών δραστηριοτήτων του έργου προσφέρονται σεμινάρια, συμβουλευτική και καθοδήγηση.
Η Jaitek είναι ο ειδικός μας για την τεχνική υλοποίηση των προγραμμάτων που αναπτύσσονται. Το ισπανικό ινστιτούτο βλέπει την τεχνολογία ως έναν τρόπο για να ανταποκριθεί στις νέες απαιτήσεις της εποχής μας, ως ένα εργαλείο αλλαγής που εξυπηρετεί την καλύτερη και ευκολότερη πρόσβαση στην εκπαίδευση.

El consorcio del projecto coACTION
O nosso objetivo declarado não é tomar medidas individuais, mas sim – integrado no processo de gestão da qualidade de cada escola – implementar um sistema sustentável que torne a cooperação e a co-decisão uma realidade nas escolas primárias. Desta forma, não estamos apenas a contribuir para aumentar a consciencialização entre as nossas crianças mais novas e o seu ambiente imediato. Ao dar o exemplo, também conseguiremos fortalecer esta atitude democrática na sociedade como um todo.
Mais democracia nas escolas primárias
No início de setembro, começámos como um grupo de projeto internacional para desenvolver processos e métodos que possibilitem a introdução de medidas democráticas nas nossas escolas primárias, envolvendo toda a comunidade escolar – desde a direção da escola e professores até aos alunos, pais e todo o ambiente escolar.
Garantido pela qualidade - sustentável - democrático
Το πλαίσιο του έργου έχει αποσαφηνιστεί, τα καθήκοντα έχουν κατανεμηθεί αναλόγως και όλοι μαζί θα εργαστούμε εντατικά τα επόμενα δύο χρόνια για την επίτευξη του στόχου μας.
Διακηρυγμένος στόχος μας δεν είναι η λήψη μεμονωμένων μέτρων, αλλά η εφαρμογή ενός βιώσιμου συστήματος, ενσωματωμένου στη διαδικασία διαχείρισης της ποιότητας κάθε σχολείου, που θα κάνει τη συνεργασία και τη συναπόφαση πραγματικότητα στα δημοτικά. Με τον τρόπο αυτό, δεν συμβάλλουμε μόνο στην ευαισθητοποίηση των μικρότερων παιδιών και του άμεσου περιβάλλοντός τους. Δίνοντας το παράδειγμα, θα καταφέρουμε, επίσης, να ενισχύσουμε αυτή τη δημοκρατική στάση στην κοινωνία στο σύνολό της. Χαιρόμαστε που εσείς, αγαπητοί εταίροι του έργου, το υποστηρίξατε από την αρχή και θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώνουμε τακτικά για την πρόοδό του. Για να γνωρίζετε με ποιους έχετε να κάνετε, θα σας παρουσιάαουμε σύντομα ποιοι ακριβώς είμαστε.
Περισσότερη δημοκρατία στα δημοτικά σχολεία
Στις αρχές Σεπτεμβρίου, ξεκινήσαμε ως διεθνής ομάδα έργου να αναπτύσσουμε διαδικασίες και μεθόδους που επιτρέπουν την εισαγωγή δημοκρατικών μέτρων στα σχολεία μας και εμπλέκουν ολόκληρη τη σχολική κοινότητα - από τη διεύθυνση του σχολείου και τους εκπαιδευτικούς μέχρι τους μαθητές, τους γονείς και ολόκληρο το σχολικό περιβάλλον.

Nuestro objetivo declarado no es tomar medidas individuales, sino -integrado en el proceso de gestión de la calidad de cada escuela- implantar un sistema sostenible que haga realidad la cooperación y la codeterminación en las escuelas primarias. De este modo, no sólo contribuimos a sensibilizar a nuestros hijos más pequeños y a su entorno inmediato, sino que también conseguimos reforzar esta actitud democrática en el conjunto de la sociedad. Nos complace que ustedes, estimados participantes en el proyecto, lo hayan apoyado desde el principio y nos gustaría mantenerles informados periódicamente sobre los avances. Para que sepan con quién están tratando, queremos aprovechar esta primera información para presentarnos brevemente.
Más democracia en la Educación Primaria
A principios de septiembre, comenzamos como proyecto grupal internacional, a desarrollar procesos y métodos que permitan la introducción de medidas democráticas en nuestras escuelas primarias que impliquen a toda la comunidad escolar, desde la dirección y los y las docentes hasta el alumnado, familias y todo el entorno escolar.

Anfang September haben wir als internationale Projektgruppe gestartet, um Prozesse und Methoden zu entwickeln, die es ermöglichen, demokratische Kompetenzen in unseren Primarstufen zu erlernen und zu üben.In einem ersten Schritt haben wir die Möglichkeiten und Herausforderungen für die Umsetzung einer demokratischen Schulkultur in den Partnerländern ausgelotet und ersten Fragen zusammengestellt, um demokratische Prozesse an den Schulen erheben zu könne

The mission of PARAGON-eduTech, the Greek project partner, is to promote research and innovation for inclusive learning with understanding, trust and empathy. PARAGON also focusses on the numerous challenges posed by technological innovations in the field of education.
The project is the responsibility of PBOe, the Private Educational Organisations Austria. As an umbrella organisation of 26 independent schools, PBOe advocates a democratic, free and diverse education system that gives every child access to the school that meets their needs - regardless of their family‘s financial situation.
Our Portuguese partner, Agrupamento de Escolas Terras do Ave (AETA), a cluster of 10 educational units in the north of Portugal with around 1,500 pupils from pre-school to primary and secondary school, is responsible for the practical testing of the tools developed in the project. Almost 70 teachers work at the primary levels alone. AETA promotes inclusive education and attaches great importance to the social and personal development of the children and young people.
Project partners
Blickpunkt Identität is the second Austrian partner with many years of experience in the field of training and further education for young people and adults. Seminars, coun- selling and coaching are offered as part of the international project activities.
Jaitek is our specialist for the technical implementation of the developed programmes. The Spanish institute sees technology as a way of meeting the new demands of our time, as a tool for change that serves to make access to education better and easier.

Projektkoordinator
Die Mission von PARAGON-eduTech, dem griechischen Projektpartner, ist die Förderung von Forschung und Innovation für inklusives Lernen mit Verständnis, Vertrauen und Empathie. PARAGON hat dabei auch die zahlreichen Herausforderungen, die sich durch technologische Innovationen im Bildungsbereich ergeben, auf dem Schirm.
Das Projekt wird von der PBÖ, den Privaten Bildungseinrichtungen Österreich, verantwortet. Als Dachverband von 26 Schulen in Freier Trägerschaft tritt die PBÖ für ein demokratisches, freies und vielfältiges Bildungssystem ein, das jedem Kind den Zugang zu der Schule ermöglicht, die seinen Bedürfnissen entspricht - unabhängig von der finanziellen Situation der Familie.
Für die praktische Erprobung der im Projekt entwickelten Werkzeuge steht unser portugiesischer Partner, die Agrupamento de Escolas Terras do Ave (AETA), ein Cluster von 10 Bildungseinheiten im Norden Portugals mit rund 1.500 Schülern von der Vorschule über die Primarstufe bis hin zu weiterführenden Schulen. Knapp 70 Lehrkräfte arbeiten alleine an den Grundschulen. AETA fördert eine integrative Bildung und legt großen Wert auf die soziale und persönliche Weiterentwicklung der Kinder und Jugendlichen.

Blickpunkt Identität bringt als zweiter österreichischer Partner langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Aus- und Weiterbildung von Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen ein. Im Rahmen ihrer internationalen Projekttätigkeit entwickelt die Institution laufend didaktisches Know-how in den Bereichen Verhinderung von vorzeitigem Schulabbruch, Demokratiebildung, positive Psychologie, Resilienz und Klimaschutz.
Jaitek ist unser Spezialist für die technische Umsetzung der erarbeiteten Angebote. Das spanische Institut versteht Technologie als einen Weg, den neuen Anforderungen unserer Zeit zu begegnen, als Werkzeug des Wandels, das dazu dient, den Zugang zu Ausbildung besser und einfacher zu gestalten.

El proyecto es responsabilidad de PBOe, las Organizaciones Educativas Privadas de Austria. At the beginning of September, we startet as an international project group to developprocesses and methods that enable the introduction of democratic measures in our pri-mary schools and involve the entire school community - from school management andteachers to learners, parents and the entire school environment.

Σχεδόν 70 εκπαιδευτικοί εργάζονται μόνο στις πρωτοβάθμιες βαθμίδες. Η AETA προωθεί την εκπαίδευση χωρίς αποκλεισμούς και αποδίδει μεγάλη σημασία στην κοινωνική και προσωπική ανάπτυξη των παιδιών και των νέων.

Η Blickpunkt Identität είναι ο δεύτερος αυστριακός εταίρος με πολυετή εμπειρία στον τομέα της κατάρτισης και της περαιτέρω εκπαίδευσης νέων και ενηλίκων. Στο πλαίσιο των διεθνών δραστηριοτήτων του έργου προσφέρονται σεμινάρια, συμβουλευτική και καθοδήγηση.
Η Jaitek είναι ο ειδικός μας για την τεχνική υλοποίηση των προγραμμάτων που αναπτύσσονται. Το ισπανικό ινστιτούτο βλέπει την τεχνολογία ως έναν τρόπο για να ανταποκριθεί στις νέες απαιτήσεις της εποχής μας, ως ένα εργαλείο αλλαγής που εξυπηρετεί την καλύτερη και ευκολότερη πρόσβαση στην εκπαίδευση.

El consorcio del projecto coACTION
O nosso objetivo declarado não é tomar medidas individuais, mas sim – integrado no processo de gestão da qualidade de cada escola – implementar um sistema sustentável que torne a cooperação e a co-decisão uma realidade nas escolas primárias. Desta forma, não estamos apenas a contribuir para aumentar a consciencialização entre as nossas crianças mais novas e o seu ambiente imediato. Ao dar o exemplo, também conseguiremos fortalecer esta atitude democrática na sociedade como um todo.
Mais democracia nas escolas primárias
No início de setembro, começámos como um grupo de projeto internacional para desenvolver processos e métodos que possibilitem a introdução de medidas democráticas nas nossas escolas primárias, envolvendo toda a comunidade escolar – desde a direção da escola e professores até aos alunos, pais e todo o ambiente escolar.
Garantido pela qualidade - sustentável - democrático
Το πλαίσιο του έργου έχει αποσαφηνιστεί, τα καθήκοντα έχουν κατανεμηθεί αναλόγως και όλοι μαζί θα εργαστούμε εντατικά τα επόμενα δύο χρόνια για την επίτευξη του στόχου μας.
Διακηρυγμένος στόχος μας δεν είναι η λήψη μεμονωμένων μέτρων, αλλά η εφαρμογή ενός βιώσιμου συστήματος, ενσωματωμένου στη διαδικασία διαχείρισης της ποιότητας κάθε σχολείου, που θα κάνει τη συνεργασία και τη συναπόφαση πραγματικότητα στα δημοτικά. Με τον τρόπο αυτό, δεν συμβάλλουμε μόνο στην ευαισθητοποίηση των μικρότερων παιδιών και του άμεσου περιβάλλοντός τους. Δίνοντας το παράδειγμα, θα καταφέρουμε, επίσης, να ενισχύσουμε αυτή τη δημοκρατική στάση στην κοινωνία στο σύνολό της. Χαιρόμαστε που εσείς, αγαπητοί εταίροι του έργου, το υποστηρίξατε από την αρχή και θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώνουμε τακτικά για την πρόοδό του. Για να γνωρίζετε με ποιους έχετε να κάνετε, θα σας παρουσιάαουμε σύντομα ποιοι ακριβώς είμαστε.
Περισσότερη δημοκρατία στα δημοτικά σχολεία
Στις αρχές Σεπτεμβρίου, ξεκινήσαμε ως διεθνής ομάδα έργου να αναπτύσσουμε διαδικασίες και μεθόδους που επιτρέπουν την εισαγωγή δημοκρατικών μέτρων στα σχολεία μας και εμπλέκουν ολόκληρη τη σχολική κοινότητα - από τη διεύθυνση του σχολείου και τους εκπαιδευτικούς μέχρι τους μαθητές, τους γονείς και ολόκληρο το σχολικό περιβάλλον.

Nuestro objetivo declarado no es tomar medidas individuales, sino -integrado en el proceso de gestión de la calidad de cada escuela- implantar un sistema sostenible que haga realidad la cooperación y la codeterminación en las escuelas primarias. De este modo, no sólo contribuimos a sensibilizar a nuestros hijos más pequeños y a su entorno inmediato, sino que también conseguimos reforzar esta actitud democrática en el conjunto de la sociedad. Nos complace que ustedes, estimados participantes en el proyecto, lo hayan apoyado desde el principio y nos gustaría mantenerles informados periódicamente sobre los avances. Para que sepan con quién están tratando, queremos aprovechar esta primera información para presentarnos brevemente.
Más democracia en la Educación Primaria
A principios de septiembre, comenzamos como proyecto grupal internacional, a desarrollar procesos y métodos que permitan la introducción de medidas democráticas en nuestras escuelas primarias que impliquen a toda la comunidad escolar, desde la dirección y los y las docentes hasta el alumnado, familias y todo el entorno escolar.
