I oversaw the development of this LEGO detective set, integrating logic-based puzzle mechanics into a physical play experience. The core design challenge was creating 17 distinct mysteries where clues, cues, and evidence interacted to create a compelling deduction puzzle for players, relying on information gathering and analysis to reach a satisfying conclusion.

ROLE: PRODUCER, SCRUM MASTER
Project: Vertical slice
Agile Project Management: Created and managed backlog, facilitated sprint planning with Planning Poker, educated the team on the agile methodolgies and applied Scrum using Jira for efficient workflows. Milestone and Risk Management: Tracked deadlines, ensured timely delivery, and mitigated potential roadblocks to keep development on track. Team leadership and collaboration: Mentored team members, fostered a productive work environment, and led workshops to develop a greenlit game concept in 2 days. Cross-disciplinary Coordination: Aligned programmers, artists, and designers to ensure smooth communication and goal alignment across 6 locations. Quality Assurance & Testing: Ran QA tests, collaborated with teams to track and resolve bugs, and ensured a polished vertical slice. Stakeholder Communication: Provided updates, gathered feedback, and ensured expectations were met for project success.

Jira tracking and project management: Oversaw task workflows, sprint planning, and bug tracking using Jira. Managed backlog improving efficiency and on-time delivery. Project Documentation: Managed project documentation, including Team Contract, submissions, meeting minutes, ensuring clear communication and knowledge sharing within the team. Marketing Asset Management: Managed the creation of marketing assets, including the HD trailer, poster, cover art, and game description, ensuring alignment with the project's visual style and marketing strategy. Pitching and Jury Presentations: Developed and delivered presentations and pitches showcasing various game versions to the jury, effectively communicating the project's vision, progress, and key features.
Pentagon Rush is a single-player high-speed endless runner that pays homage to a bygone arcade coin-op gaming era. The unique element on display here is the environment: A never-ending, rotatable pentagon tunnel that you navigate via a turbocharged hoverbike!

Temple Quest
I led the development of a gamified book experience based on a narrative-driven play. Players progressed through the story by physically moving a LEGO minifigure through die-cut holes in the pages, revealing hidden challenges under interactive flaps and building LEGO gadgets to aid their quest. This project uniquely translated game design principles into a physical format, requiring careful consideration of player interaction and level design within a limited space.

SPARK project adapted core play mechanics from the LEGO® Missions app for a physical publishing product, creating a story-driven experience combining reading, LEGO brick building, and free play for children aged 7+ and their parents.
