Welcome to your Self guided Course for OCD using

Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Course

Hi, and welcome. I'm Brittany, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and someone who knows firsthand what it's like to live with OCD. I created this self-guided course because I-CBT changed my life. After experiencing the profound impact this approach had on my own OCD, I felt compelled to share it in a way that’s accessible, practical, and grounded in both clinical insight and lived experience. I hope you enjoy this course.

So you're looking help with your OCD.

Adapted Version

When you see this rainbow brain, this means it's the adapted version of I-CBT. In order for I-CBT to be considered affirming, it requires adaptation, and this is how you can know if this is part of the original I-CBT model, of the affirming adapted version.

New Feature: Read-Aloud Audio (Rolling Out)

Everyone learns in different ways and this course is designed with that in mind.

To better support individuals who prefer listening over reading (or who have visual challenges and/or difficulty with reading), I’m excited to be rolling out a new feature that lets you click the audio button to read aloud.

The “Listen Along” option is still in progress, and you’ll see this option in the beginning modules first.

Whether you absorb information better through sound, need a break from screens, or simply want to listen while you move, this feature is being created with your needs in mind.

So if you don’t see it available in every section yet, hang tight, it’s rolling out slowly but surely. Thank you for your patience and for being here.
