Cooking is fun !

Preparation: 30 minutes

Cooking : 1 hour and 15 minutes

Portions : 6 Implementation

Ingredients :

Ingredients

•3 tomatoes•1 green pepper•1 red pepper•1 yellow pepper•1 orange pepper•1 eggplant•1 zucchini•1 carrot•1 onion•1 clove of garlic•3 potatoes

•some parsley•some mint leaves•1 cup olive oil•350gr glazed rice•2 tbls sugar•1 spoonfull tomato paste•salt & pepper

Implementation

Take two tomatoes, cut a slice from the top,make a cap and pour all the flesh

with the help of a spoon in a bowl.Take a green,a red,a yellow and an orange pepper,cut a slice from each top,make caps and remove all seeds and white films. Cut an eggplant and a zucchini in half, scoop their flesh and chop it.Peel and chop a carrot, an onion and a clove of garlic. Pour all the vegetables’ flesh in a large bowl. Add sugar, tomato paste, the rice ,season with salt and pepper, add olive oil and

mix well.

•Chop and sprinkle some parsley and mint leaves in the bowl. •Fill each vegetable 3/4 (three quarters ) full with the mixture. •Place them in a baking tray, put the tops back on, and drizzle with

olive oil. •Cut the potatoes in four pieces , add olive oil, salt and pepper. •Place the potatoes in between the vegetables. •Bake in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Serve in room temperature and enjoy!
