Surely you know the answer to this question:What Should We Do when We See Cyberbullying?
HIDE AND DON'T DO ANYTHING
ASK AN ADULT FOR HELP, BLOCK THE BULLY AND REPORT!
DON'T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE YOU'RE SCARED AND ASHAMED
“NO CYNERBYLLYING “Class Rules
Let' s make a class poster and create simple rules to prevent cyberbullying ! Each group will present the poster .
Suggested rules: 1. Be Kind Online Treat others the way you want to be treated. Words can hurt. 2. Respect Privacy Don’t share personal information about others without their permission. 3. Stop Hurtful Messages If you see or receive mean messages, report them. Don’t reply with words that are more hurtful. 4. No Sharing Secrets Don’t post or spread private photos or messages without permission. 5. Speak Up If someone is being bullied online, stand up for them or tell an adult you trust. 6. Think Before You Post Always ask yourself: “Would I say this to someone in person?” 7. Report Cyberbullying If you’re being bullied or see it happening, tell a teacher, parent, or another trusted adult.
Conclusion
The students helped Alex and Anna and they together discovered that several students are cyberbullying in their group chat. Their teacher talked to them and they all apologised and promised always to be kind online. And our class also created a huge poster with anti cyberbullying rules!
