Multi-factor authentication

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your digital banking. It’s automatically applied to our app and you’ll be prompted to enter a one-time password the first time you:

  • Register a new device
  • Create a new profile.

Security notifications

Staying aware of what's going on with your digital banking is never a bad idea. Our latest release means you're now able to switch on security push notifications when important changes are requested on your accounts, such as;

  • when a payment limit is increased, or
  • when a new payee is added.
