If you are using a PAS layout, you can toggle between List and Map view. In Map view, you will have the option to Rotate Map.

Pick-A-Spot

FCFS layouts can be sorted by Date Added, First Name, and Last Name.

First-Come- First-Serve

VS

List view can be sorted by Spot, First Name, and Last Name.

Class Settings

The three-dot icon gives you access to the Class Settings which include

  • Message Class - sends an email to the entire class roster
  • Substitute Instructor - update the Instructor on the class
  • Cancel Class

Roster Tabs

  • Class: Displays the current roster of customers signed up for the class.
  • Add-ons: Displays a list of customers who have pre-paid for an Add-On and the items purchased.
  • Waitlist: Displays a list of names currently on the waitlist. The waitlist can be reordered by dragging and dropping names.
  • Attendance Log: Display a list of all reservation actions, including the time and broker of the action..

Weekly Class Navigation

The left side of the class roster features dropdown menus for the next seven days. Clicking a dropdown arrow reveals the classes scheduled for that day. Selecting a class will take you directly to its roster for quick access. The class you are currently viewing is highlighted in a different color for easy identification.

The three dot icon next to the customer reservations gives access to the reservation settings which include:
The Class Roster provides important customer details including:
  • Spot Number
  • Name
  • Profile Pic
  • Customer Tags
  • Class Payment Method
  • Class Count

The class status will show, which includes Class cancelled, Class completed, and Class starts in 5 mins.

The top of the roster displays essential class details including time, Class Type, room, date, classroom, and Instructor.

It will display the number of reservations, checked in customers, and Hold and Unavailable spots.

The Check In tab displays all customer reservations and lets you make reservations.

The Waitlist tab lets you view, add, remove, reorder, and move customers to the active roster.

The Add-ons tab displays all customers with an Add-on attached to their reservation

Find Customer

POS

Search for Customer accounts or create new ones.

Access the POS and sell memberships, credits, and products.

Class Settings

Click the three-dot icon to access the Class Settings.
  • Edit Class - make changes to the class
  • Duplicate Class - quickly make a class copy
  • Add Note - remind your instructors of important information
  • Check In All Reservations
  • Hold/Release All Spots
  • Message Class - send an email to the class roster
  • Add/Release Unavailable Spots - FCFS layout only

Sign In Sheet

Map

Print a Sign In Sheet to keep a paper trail of customers checking in. For PAS layouts, it will include their spot number

The Print Map button will provide the PAS Map layout in a printer friendly version
