Requirements
- Over 2 years of experience working in relevant roles.
- Native English speaker, intermediate Spanish.
- Previous experience organizing in-person events and webinars.
- Extensive knowldge of the latest on-line education and EdTech trends.
- Experience developing content strategies (both written and audiovisual), based on storytelling principles, resulting in effective, attractive and engaging high-quality and highly targeted content.
- Deep knowledge and experience using Genially as a content creation tool.
- Previous experience and familiarity with project management, data analysis and Social Media management tools.
- Deep understanding of the North American market (US and Canada) and its dynamics, culture, basic regulatory framwork, economic data, etc.
- Skilled in market and trend analysis.
- Ability to identify and pursue opportunities for strategic collaborations.
- Understanding of basic PR principles and networking strategies. Ability to pursue, build and mantaing solid partnerships.
- Adaptable and proactive. Results oriented with a focus on scalibility.

Responsibilites
- Manage and promote the growth and engagement of the Genially Community in North America.
- Promote user loyalty and foster the continuous creation of interactive content in their market.
- Implement the global marketing strategy, adapting it to the needs and preferences of their market.
- Map out and develop a deep understanding of the North American Genially community.
- Generate B2C leads and prospective buyers.
- Manage Ambassadors in North America.
- Strengthen the user community through events, webinars, Social Media posts and other actions that promote engagement and growth.
- Create high-quality and creative audiovisual and written content, highlighting Genially as a content creation tool.
