Bolsonaro, Cid and one of the “kids pretos” are at the Planalto Palace (seat of the executive branch of the Brazilian federal government) for half an hour at the same time. The Federal Police obtain this information by crossing data from telephone towers with information from the agenda of Bolsonaro.

Bolsonaro meets with Army, Navy and Air Force chiefs to present a coup draft.

Bolsonaro meets with General Estevam Theofilo, commander of Coter (COTER), who agrees to proceed with the coup plan—provided Bolsonaro signs the draft discussed at Planalto.

Colonel Marcelo Câmara, Jair Bolsonaro’s personal advisor, provides Mauro Cid with detailed information on Alexandre de Moraes’ routine and itinerary.

A plan is set in motion to assassinate Alexandre de Moraes. At least six people are stationed at different locations in Brasília to intercept his movements. The plan is only canceled at the end of the day.
