Why is this exercise useful?

will help you to explore youth thoughts, perceptions and emotions to enhance your body image

Before starting, what do you need?

  • Look for a quiet and comfortable environment
  • keep you away from any distractions, such as your mobiles, tv, etc.
  • access to a digital text tool, for example google docs, word, etc.
