Characteristics of Effective Teamwork

• You each should have HALF of a whole picture. It might not look like much at the moment.
• Taking turns, your job is to describe YOUR picture to your partner, who will then edit their picture. Be specific -- good communication is KEY.
• Continue to take turns (one partner can desribe their whole picture and then the other can, or you can each take a turn describing one thing on your picture -- you choose) until you have both described your whole picture.
• Once finished, come back to the whole group so we can finish up with some discussion questions.

... when a group of people work together to complete a project or task. The extent to which they are able to work well together depends on many factors including their goals and skill sets. The attitude of the team members is also important, as a team is more effective when the individuals are able to work closely with others and be respectful of everyone else's views.
