WHO ARE WE?

‘Moon Capital is a private investment club that specialises in blockchain technology projects including protocols, metaverses and P2E, with the intention of giving access to early investment rounds (known as private sales) at tremendously more advantageous conditions than those demanded by launchpads (DAOMaker, seedify, Trustpad, etc.) today.You will only see projects that we, as founders of Moon Capital, have invested in. We usually look at who are the investment companies behind the projects, always looking for some of the ones that have achieved the highest returns historically such as Animoca Brands, Alameda Research, Daomaker, Polygon Studios, etc.. And that the best launchpads (Daomaker, PolkaStarter, Redkite, Seedify, Trustpad, Gamefi...) are interested in launching the tokens/NFts of the project.

WORK MODEL

PRE-SALES DICTIONARY

What is a presale? Pre-sales are sales of tokens of a project that take place before the project is listed on an exchange. What are rounds? All projects have different funding rounds, each with its own conditions. In order, there is the seed round, private round and public round (the latter is known as IDO). Some do several private rounds with different conditions or add other rounds such as a strategic round or a marketing round. What is tokenometrics or tokenomics? It is the study of total tokens that the project will have, where the total sold in each round is broken down, as well as the exit to circulation of the tokens. The total number of tokens multiplied by the price is the market capitalisation of the project, which is the value of the project in the market.

Rule #4: Never trust anyone who asks you to ‘authenticate your wallet’. Rule #5: Never import a private key or seed phrase that someone has given you into your wallet. Rule #6: Do NOT join discord servers, WhatsApp groups, WeChat groups, Telegram channels or Twitter DMs, these are all scams. MetaMask does not certify them. Rule #7: Beware of fake websites. Always check the website address in the address bar. Rule #8: Do not leave your device switched on with MetaMask connected. Rule #9: Create a dedicated Wallet for each project. Rule #10: Do NOT use software from untrusted sources. There may be some viruses that can establish remote control over your device. They can also change the address you have copied to another one. After that, you will send your funds to fraudsters. Rule #11: DO NOT allow anyone to remotely access your device. Rule #12: Always use an antivirus. If it says a file is infected, don't use/open/download it.

You will have access to our pools to invest in private rounds and seed rounds of promising and solid projects, between 4 and 8 pre-sales per month, projects with possible launches in Launchpads such as DaoMaker, Seedify, Gamefi, Polkastarter, Bscpad, etc. With incredible partners such as IBM, Microsoft, Polygon, Alameda Research, etc. as mentioned above and with insider information. - The prices at which we buy tokens are usually lower than those set by the launchpads (IDOs). We usually deal with launchpads or projects directly and there is a 15% fee (which can go down to 10%) to cover access to information or tokens on a privileged basis. The minimum we are allowed to participate with will be $100 and the maximum will depend on the total we can offer for sale. - You will have access to several Telegram channels: Projects Channel, Ann Channel and Spanish Channel. If your access is approved by an admin, subscribe to our announcement channel to stay up to date and ask for information on how to reduce your fees. - Through Telegram, you will be provided with a form with the terms and conditions of the pre-sale, as well as the steps to participate and it is IMPORTANT to remember that you will NEVER be sent a form privately or asked for funds. If that happens, please report it to the channel publicly. - Once you participate in one of our pre-sales, you will be granted access to a Drive. There, you will have all the information you need to track all investments in seed/private/IDO rounds, check allocations, tracking templates and much more.

If the suspicion is confirmed, you will not be entitled to receive any tokens you have invested in. - The participant understands the risk involved in making deals openly public and the damage it may cause to other investor members, as well as to Moon Capital's reputation. - There will be no refunds in any case.

4. Do not use a public Wi-Fi connection to access private accounts such as email or your own account. 5. Do not install software from unofficial sources on your computer. Do not install an unofficial operating system. Always keep your browser up to date. Never click or enter links marked as advertisements by the search engine. 6. Do not click on links or download files received by e-mail from unknown addresses. 7. Never leave the computer unlocked without your presence, encrypt the hard drive and put a pin code on the SIM card. 8. Never keep secret keys in a text that anyone can see, let alone on any digital device. 9. Always check that you have installed the official version of MetaMask or any wallet. 10. Never give anyone remote access to any of your devices.

What are blockchains? All funding rounds with the exception of some public rounds (IDO) have token cliffs, meaning that they do not distribute 100% of the tokens purchased to the investor. This means that they do not distribute 100% of the purchased tokens to the investor, but distribute (deliver) them according to an agreed schedule. What is a cliff? It refers to the period of time in which the project does not distribute any purchased tokens. What is a SAFT? It is the contract which, among other things, stipulates the pricing and blocking conditions that you accept in the event of a purchase. What is allocation? It is the amount of tokens or $ that is reserved for the offer. If the allocation has a maximum then you are not allowed to invest more than this. What is TGE? It is the date on which the tokens purchased are listed on decentralised (DEX) or centralised (CEX) exchanges. What is a launch? They are platforms where public funding rounds (IDO) are launched to sell the tokens of the projects to the participants. What is TBD? It stands for ‘To Be Determined’. When it is indicated that the TGE is TBD or that the launch/s is TBD it means that the information is not yet known with certainty.
