Product Demo

A product demo is a live experience of how a product works. It’s a way for speakers to showcase the features, functionality, and benefits of their product.

Panel Discussion

Typically consisting of 3-4 speakers and a moderator, a panel is a group of experts brought together to share their experiences and insights on a specific topic. Our panels are designed to offer diverse viewpoints and stimulate thoughtful conversation. Audience Q&A may be included at the end.

Case Study

Case study presentations give real-life examples of a problem or scenario often highlighting the challenges and outcomes from the situation. Speakers will highlight practical insights, data, and lessons learned from their own experiences.

Fireside Chat

A fireside chat is typically an informal one-on-one conversation between a highly qualified speaker and a moderator. It’s designed to highlight personal anecdotes and insights on a specific topic in a more relaxed and intimate way.

Ask Me Anything

Ask Me Anything sessions are a way for speakers and subject matter experts to open the floor to audience questions. These are meant to be more interactive in that audience members can ask questions on a wide range of topics related to the speaker’s expertise.

Product Launch

A product launch session is a way to give attendees a live view into your new product by showcasing its features, functionality, and benefits. This could include a live product demo, a presentation, and audience Q&A.

Lunch Seminar

A lunch seminar is a dynamic session where participants can engage in exercises, discussions, and activities to develop specific skills or knowledge.

Mic Drop

An 8-10 minute presentation on a topic that stimulates critical thinking, sparks conversation, and drives networking conversations. These high-level talks are meant to be engaging and thought provoking. We're introducing the Mic Drop format to ITC Vegas for the first time and we can't wait to start this journey with you. We don't have any examples from ITC but have worked with speakers in the past to deliver impactful mic drop moments!
