Asian Tofu Stir-Fry
Preparation
- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into cubes.
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until they are golden brown on all sides.
- Add the minced garlic, ginger, and star anise. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the sliced carrots, spring onions, and mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Sprinkle with ground cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Pour in the soy sauce..
- . Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
