The game can be played by 2 to 4 players. Each player must choose a chip (yellow, blue, red or green) and roll the dice. The player who gets the highest number will be the one to start the game. To play, each participant must roll the dice and move his/her piece to the corresponding square. In each square there must be a tasks for resilience. We explore different type of skills that is needed to explore to develop resilience- (leadership, interpersonal, Emotional Intelligence, Critical thinking) and also intersecting it with art & mindfulness The board also features 6 special squares (marked in red with white numbers) where the player loses a turn. These squares represent moments in life where a pause is needed—a chance to step back and regroup. The player who reaches the finish line first wins.
