Let's begin by ensuring that you're up to date on who we are and what we do at Crisis.
All staff should have an awareness of Crisis' current strategic goals. It is especially important that you keep up to date with these as a line manager, since they will influence the work that you and your team are required to do, the objectives that you work towards, and those of your line reports.

Diversity, Equity, Equality & Inclusion
Creating and maintaining an inclusive working environment is everyone's responsibility. You have a key role to play both as an individual, and as a line manager.
