Our Software Developers are here to help our clients build new software solutions, support, evolve & advance existing software, and integrate various new software systems. On our Software Development Team you are encouraged to continuously develop skills and technical mastery through certifications and mentorship to stay relevant with current industry standards. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement web and desktop applications based on user requirements and solution architecture documented by Business Analysts and Software Development Leads.
- Perform maintenance, support, and advancement of production systems, including analyzing and troubleshooting reported issues, bug fixing, and proactive maintenance of systems and databases.
- Enhance and extend existing system functionalities through planned minor updates and participate in larger projects for significant feature additions.
- Publish updates to production systems (hotfixes, planned version releases) following established deployment procedures.
- Conduct business logic and functional testing on completed development work to ensure functionality and adherence to requirements.
- Actively participate in all software support activities, including daily stand-up meetings, task prioritization, work planning, and update reviews.
- Assist the Software Development Lead with solution architecture and database design tasks when needed.
- Participate in all software project life cycle activities, including daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming (as needed) for prioritizing upcoming tasks, sprint planning, sprint review for evaluating completed work, and sprint retrospective meetings for continuous improvement.

Traits
- At least 2-3 years of Full Stack Web Application Development Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- GPA between 3.5 – 4.0
Education
- Object-Oriented Concepts & Programming
- Full Stack Web Application Development Skills
- Database Development: Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL
- Web Development: HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, ANGULAR
- Server Side Technologies: .NET (C# or VB) or PHP
- Resourcefulness and Troubleshooting Issues (figuring things out on your own)
- Good Communication Skills with Technical and Non-Technical Staff
