Curious how we arrived here?

Using 19 different metrics, we keep track of each leader's impact. Each year, we sum the total influence of our leaders of that given year, and normalize the metrics with previous years. From here, we sum these normalized values and weigh them as follows: Awareness/Influence: 15% Direct Action: 30% Capacity Building: 35% Heightened Influence: 20% From here, we divide this weighted value by the total number of YPL's for that year, giving us our total impact score.
