"healty recipes from the world: eTwinning ...on table !

January edition 2025

eTwinning project

The purpose of the newspaper is sharing culinary traditions from all over the world. Each student participating will present one or more typical Christmas or New Year's recipes, from tradition, when food was truly healthy! Our students interviewed their grandparents, uncles and parents to recover traditional recipes when the ingredients were few and simple... but the result was always guaranteed! Why? Simple, because they are made with love, perhaps all together in front of the fireplace....

interdisciplinary approach

Discover them with photos and detailed explanations of the ingredients and their preparation. And what are you waiting for... try cooking the dessert of your Turkish, Italian, Greek friend... with every bite you will travel around the world!!! We have also created a "Multilingual Vocabulary" ! Listen to the pronunciation about the typical healthy food of the world!

The right to foods states that we should all have access to nutritious food in order to grow and live an active life. Some food choices depend on preferences, culture, time available or culinary skills; However, there are two very important factors that help many people decide what to eat: cost and easy availability.
