Present Simple
• When do we use it? To talk about habits or routines. I play soccer every dayTo describe facts or general truths. The sun rises in the east.For schedules or timetables. The bus arrives at 8:00 AM. • How do we form it?
Subject + base verb (add -s or -es for he, she, it).She reads books. They watch TV.
Present Continuous
• When do we use it?
To describe actions happening right now. I am reading a book.To talk about temporary situations.We are staying at a hotel this week.To discuss future plans or arrangements. They are visiting their grandma tomorrow.• How do we form it?
Subject + "am/is/are" + verb + -ing.
He is playing. We are learning
