Connecting to the portal
You have received an invitation to connect to the event registration portal: Go to the URL you have received and enter your e-mail address. You will receive a verification code by e-mail.
My email address was not found.
I have not received the code / The code does not work.
I would like to transfer the role of contact person to someone else in my organization.

New registration
To register a new participant, fill in all the information requested and validate the form. You can create a new registration from a blank form, or start from an existing registration: in this case, most of the form fields will already be pre-filled with the same information as the previous participant, saving you time when creating your requests.

Participant's guide
Depending on the event, you will find different information on the services provided to participants: meals, parking spaces, accommodation, etc. You will find the total quantities on your home page, and details of the services and equipment allocated to each participant in the participant's sheet. If you have any questions about these services, you can contact the organizers via the messaging system in your structure space.
Participant's space
Participants can connect to the registration portal themselves using their e-mail address, if it has been entered on the registration form. Participants only have access to their own information and messages, and cannot view other registrations or access the structure's inbox.
If a registration is waiting for information, you will need to update it with the missing information. The registration status will then change to “in progress”, and will be reviewed again by the event organizers.
To connect, you need to use the e-mail address registered by the event organizers. In general, this is the address at which you received the e-mail inviting you to sign up. If you suspect that your e-mail address has been incorrectly entered into the platform, please contact the event organizers
Choose the page display theme (light or dark mode), configure your notifications and manage your account: select the language, change your e-mail address, etc.
If you are not the person who will manage the registration of participants from your structure, you can transfer this role to another person by connecting to the registration portal with your e-mail address and going to the Account menu. You will then be able to modify the first and last name and e-mail address of the structure's contact person.
As the structure's contact person, you can view the messages sent to each participant and take part in the conversation.
Use the messaging system to contact the event organizers.
Most of the time the code arrives immediately, but in some cases it can take up to one or two minutes before the code is delivered. The code remains valid for 10 minutes, but after one minute you can generate a new code. If you generate a new code, the previous one becomes invalid, so even if you receive it in the meantime it will no longer be possible to use it.
