Planning of the 2nd teachers' meeting
The second online meeting of teachers of the project "Bridging European Cultures through the Senses" was scheduled for Thursday, November 28, 2024 and was implemented in the online meetings of the platform.
Discussion
The members of the collaborating schools, teachers of the Protypo EPA.L. Xanthis, Ödemiş Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi Turkey, the General High School of Pamfila and the 9th Junior High School of Nikaia attended the meeting.
Decisions
In the second meeting, the teachers who participated decided upon the following:
to complete the registration of the students and their presentation on the platform. to have the students upload the logos they have designed, so that the calendar can be completed by approximately mid-December. to go to page 2.5, so that both teachers and students can answer the questionnaire which will be used as an entry questionnaire.
Decisions-planning of activities
The main discussion was about the activities that will take place in the next 5 months, one activity for each sense:
the sense of hearing will be taken over by Pamfilo High School (interactive poster)
the sense of smell by the high school of Xanthi (presentation)
the sense of sight will be taken over by the 9th of Nicaea (digital museum)
the schools of Cyprus will take over the sense of touch (posting board on Lino)
the sense of taste will be taken over by the school of Smyrna (digital cookbook)
Decisions on the language of the project
The language of the project was also discussed, which should be English. Each partner will be able to use their own language when referring to extracts from poems, books, etc., the comments that will be made, though, should still be in English.
