You can modify your appointments from your home page

• Click on the appoinment you would like to modify
• Select the apprpriate option: Cancel & Offer Make up or Modify Appointment
• If modifying, select the appropriate option

• Session Length Changed
• Distance or travel time changed
• Other

Once opened, you will see the sections as seen in the picture. We will go through all of these more in depth in the next few slides.

Schedule

This section shows the week of the date that is selected. From this view, you can navigate to different days, weeks, and months to see what your scheudle is. Once, the date you want to look at is selected, you can see all of the appoitnments and types of appointments for that day. As well as convert them from this screen.

Offers

In this tab, you will see any offers for sub sessions that are available in your area. If you want to pick up more hours, always check this tab to see if any of the offers are within your availability!

Inbox

Under the Inbox tab, there will be every notification that you will recieve.

As seen here, it could be a number of reasons:

• Confirmation of session
• Cancellation of session
• Change in availability
• Acceptance of an offer
• Possible offers
• Completion of modification requests

This section displays all of your current clients that you are working with for the week

Cancellations

Under this tab, it displays your cancellation rate for the month as displays at the top, as well as the 3 months prior. To stay in good standing, CSD has an expectation of a 5 or less percent cancellation rate per month.

Time

Your time report displays all the different categories that may take up your time on a given work week. Displaying:

• Total paid time that week
• Hours of direct treatment, these are your sessions
• Total time on breaks
• Travel time (won't be anything to worry about)
• Cancellations
• Total time that had been cancelled that week
• Mileage
• Total mileage that you are compensated for that week
• Depends on location of clients and clearance from HR

Availability

Availability is updated about every 6 months, so stay aware of your inbox when that time comes. This area is filled out for our schedulers and clinical teams to know when we are available and wen we can either take a full time client or sub sessions
