Current appointments: Appointments for the day ofUnconfirmed: Appointments that have not been confirmed yet by familiesUnconverted: Appointments that have not been converted out of the current appointments and appointments from the past.

Modifying

You can modify your appointments from your home page

  • Click on the appoinment you would like to modify

If you do not see the appointment you need to modify, go to next slide.

Finding Appointment

If you do not see the appointment you need to modify, click on the menu

  • Three dots in the top left corner
    • Click on "Schedule
    • Navigate to the date you want to modify and select the session.

Once you are in your selected appointment

    • Click on Actions at the bottom of the screen
    • Select the apprpriate option: Cancel & Offer Make up or Modify Appointment

  • When modifying, select the appropriate option
    • Session Length Changed
      • If you added time due to making up a missed session.
      • If session started later or ended early
    • Distance or travel time changed
    • Other
