PREPARATION
Queen Elizabeth usually had a healthy breakfast with porridge accompanied by an energy smoothie which is made up of cabbage, spinach, coriander, blueberries and lettuce.Traditional English porridge is a breakfast of oats cooked with milk or water to a creamy consistency. A little salt is often added during cooking. It is served hot and with sweet ingredients such as honey, fruit or sugar, or with a knob of butter for a savory version. It remains a classic of British cuisine for its taste and versatility.

Salmon is a fish rich in beneficial properties. It is an excellent source of high quality proteins, vitamins (for example D, B12 and A) and mineral salts.Salmon is a fish that is born in fresh water and lives in the sea. There are different species, and wild salmon is considered more valuable than farmed salmon. It is much appreciated in the kitchen, both fresh and smoked, for its delicate taste and versatility in recipes. The main producing country of wild salmon is the United States, in particular Alaska, where large quantities of Pacific species such as king and sockeye salmon are fished. In farming, Norway is the world leader in Atlantic salmon production. Scotland and Ireland are also known for producing high-quality salmon mainly for the European market.Norway confirms itself as the reference point for farming, while Alaska represents the model for sustainable wild salmon fishing.
