  • Cook the oat flakes in the milk, add cinnamon and a little cocoa and the flake coconut

  • Roll out one of the two sheets of puff pastry
  • Arrange the salmon slices in the shape of a tree
  • Over the salmon, spread the salmon the slices of cheese in the same way
  • Cover the tree with the second sheet of puff pastry
  • Now cut off the excess of puff pastry and use a knife for making parallel cuts, leaving the central part of the trunk intact
  • Roll the branches up on them selves
  • Put the egg yolk in a container with a little oil and then brush the tree
  • Place it on baking tray and bake for 15 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 200° degrees
