Reçoit une alerte lui indiquant qu'un collaborateur a modifié son cyle de télétravail

Le gestionnaire RH :

Consulte les données + la pièce justificative

Si KO (mauvais justif, divergeance entre saisie et justif) il renvoie la demande au collaborateur avec un commentaire précisant la problématique

Le gestionnaire RH :

Valide la saisie afin que les données se déversent dans le socle.

• Date fin de la période de TT
• Nombre de jours télétravail
• Jours télétravail
• Plages horaires pendant lesquelles je pourrais être contacté (indicatif)
• Types de temps de travail*
• Demande de matériel*
• Préciser si besoin de matériel
• Le demandeur possède un accès internet personnel*
• Si non, le demandeur est prêt à se doter d’un accès internet personnel*
• Lieu(x) du télétravail (adresse(s) complète(s))
• Date début attestation assurance TT
• Date fin attestation assurance TT

Le collaborateur chargeLe parcours appelle l'écran "enregistrement de document"

Parcours "modifier mon cycle de télétravail"

Le collaborateur se rend

dans son dossier collaborateur, flux "parcours". Il clique sur modifier mon cycle de télétravail"

Le parcours appelle la section "télétravail"

• son attestation d’assurance habitation avec télétravail
