In a classroom where there was no teacher, there was a group of kids that were hoping for an interesting and creative teaching. the students seem to lose their hope and the disorder in the classroom was notable.My challange & project as a teacher in this classroom was to bring motivation and improvement in this classroom.The instalations weren't as good as they should be, they weren't faborable for the students to motivate the group for a better understanding, and what I did is ask myself what I can do to improve students performance and bring positive motivation to this classroom.

I introduce myself to the classroom and I asked the students to place their sits in U shape. We talked about what this classroom lack and students star giving their options to improve it.Batter ventilation, repainting the classroom, make didactic materials, adding images, cleaning the classroom and make it look more colorful than it was before. together with creating an emotional and positive environment and respect toward one to another, care, love for themselves and the classroom.

It was more than clear than not only this help them but it gave the students more reasons to come school to learn. They were happy and motivated everyday, they always finish everyday with a smile on their faces, they also started making more friends and they learned how to value the things they had and the friendship they built in and out the classroom.

A positive Physical & emotional environment motivetes students to continue learning. this makes the students feel positive about their surroundings and feel like they are accepted and therefore loved.with love and respect they learn and they come motivated everyday to learn.a classroom that was horrible and depressed give a drastic twist to positive environment.
