LO SPAZIO ABITABILE
Caratteristiche principali: - Funzionalità: Ogni spazio deve essere progettato per svolgere una funzione specifica (es. zona giorno, zona notte, cucina, bagno). - Spazio minimo per persona: La progettazione degli spazi deve prevedere sufficiente spazio per garantire il comfort e la libertà di movimento. Ci sono normative che indicano il minimo per persona in base al tipo di ambiente (camere, saloni, ecc.). - Abitabilità: Gli spazi devono essere adeguati dal punto di vista dell'illuminazione, ventilazione, e accessibilità. Ad esempio, le stanze devono ricevere luce naturale, avere un buon ricambio d'aria e rispettare determinati standard di altezza.
Lo spazio abitabile si riferisce a tutte quelle aree all'interno di un’abitazione che sono destinate ad accogliere attività quotidiane e a garantire il benessere degli occupanti. Questi spazi devono soddisfare determinati requisiti normativi e funzionali per essere considerati idonei alla vita quotidiana.
