We extract the woody part of the tree-fire, pine and chestnut are some of the trees that we uses.We get engiereed wood from wooden shets, shavings and fibres that we press and glue together.Uses: to make furniture, in the paper industry, construction , for covering walls and floors, decorative objects, handless for tooles and fuels.

We extact these from minerals, wich are part of the rocksiron, steal,copper, lead, tin and aluminium.

Uses: the structure and pieces of machines , tools, electronic componenents, joining elements, metalwork, furniture, jewellery, cables and pipes.

METALS

PLASTIC

Uses: to make pipes, packaging, toys, containers and covers for cables.

We mainly get this from oil, coal and natural gas, but also from vegetable materials( celluloseand latex) and animal protein (casein)Cellophane, methacryllate, PVC and rubber are all plastic materials.

.Uses: In construction and decorative materials.

We extract them from differents types of rocks, from large blocks to find sand.Some examples are marble, slate, glass, plastic, cement and concrete.

STONE AND GLASS

Uses: in the from of threads; in making fabrics for diferents purposes.

We got some of these from natural raw material, such as wool,cotton and silk; other are synthetic materials, such as nylon and lycra.

TEXTILS

Uses: to make bricks, tiles, dishes, basins and decorative objects.

We make them by moulding clay and baking it at very high tempartures.Some examples are china, terracotta and porcelain.

CERAMICS

Is a substance that we take directly from the nature.

Animal raw based material,such as wood, silk and hides.Plant based raw materials, such as wood, cork, silk, linen.Mineral based raw materials, such as clay, sand , marble and iron ore.

RAW MATERIALS

The processed materials is material that we have made and is avaible to use to make other products.

PROCESSED MATERIALS

A finished product is an object, crated by humans to satisfy a need and improve our quality of life
