Any time that a YTTV customer calls in request help during play back error TS the proper link we need to provide is the following: On the customer’s mobile device, go to tv.youtube.com/verify and update playback area. tv.youtube.com/start will be the proper one when setting it up
Any time we need to apply some credits into an account we will needs to verify task 25 and 15 to make sure if there is enough backround to apply the credit that a customer is asking for . Specially if it is related to the recet outages we had last 2 months
