On October 1, 2024, WOW! introduced 2 new pricing package sets to help acquire new customers and retain existing customers. This pricing is only available in WOW! fiber markets and Legacy markets that have a Signal Access Code (SAC) of “X”.Customers will have the following options:

• 2025 WOW! fiber Standard pricing Provides the best available rate Eligible for future rate increases
• Package ID: “MP25”

2025 WOW! fiber Price Lock pricing

• Locks in the rate for an additional $10.00 more than 2025 WOW! fiber Standard pricing, Internet package rate is guaranteed if the customer remains in the package Will never receive a rate increase to the packaged services.

• WOW! Video services are not guaranteed since they are not in the Price Lock package.
• YouTube TV services are not guaranteed since they are not in the Price Lock package.
• WOW! Phone services are not guaranteed since they are not in the Price Lock package.
• Package ID: “PL25”.

Change name proccess

A name change should not be used to change financial responsibility of an account to a roommate, friend, or caller wishing to take ownership of the services. Unless it is due to:

• Marriage
• Divorce
• death
• Corrections
• Legal Name Change
