The Steady Tower
Objective: Show emotional control by removing blocks from a tower without toppling it.
- Pro Tip: Breathe deeply, stay calm, and focus only on your move.
The other teams can distract you with noise or comments, so stay focused!
- Each turn, one player removes a block and places it on top of the tower.
- If the tower falls, your turn ends, and the next player must rebuild it.

Objective: Synchronize your team’s breathing while ignoring distractions.

- Pro Tip: Focus on your leader’s rhythm and tune out the noise.
- One team member will act as the leader, guiding the breathing exercise.
- Pattern: Inhale deeply for 4 seconds, hold for 2 seconds, and exhale slowly for 6 seconds.
- The rest of the team must follow the leader’s rhythm without missing a beat.
- No laughing, talking during breaking synchronization.
- If a team member laughs, talks, or loses focus, your team is disqualified.
- You must maintain focus and coordination for the full 2 minutes.
