The Steady Tower

Objective: Show emotional control by removing blocks from a tower without toppling it.

  • Pro Tip: Breathe deeply, stay calm, and focus only on your move.

The other teams can distract you with noise or comments, so stay focused!

  • Each turn, one player removes a block and places it on top of the tower.
  • If the tower falls, your turn ends, and the next player must rebuild it.

Objective: Create a motivational poster to inspire a struggling athlete.

Objective: Show self-confidence by scoring a shot while declaring a positive statement.

  • Before shooting, declare a positive statement about yourself (e.g., “I’m the best shooter on my team!”).
  • If you don’t declare, your attempt won’t count.

  • Present your SMART goal in 1 minute.

Objective: Synchronize your team’s breathing while ignoring distractions.

  • Pro Tip: Focus on your leader’s rhythm and tune out the noise.
  • One team member will act as the leader, guiding the breathing exercise.
    • Pattern: Inhale deeply for 4 seconds, hold for 2 seconds, and exhale slowly for 6 seconds.
  • The rest of the team must follow the leader’s rhythm without missing a beat.
  • No laughing, talking during breaking synchronization.
  • If a team member laughs, talks, or loses focus, your team is disqualified.
  • You must maintain focus and coordination for the full 2 minutes.
