Objectius:

Analitzar l'impacte de l'exercici físic en els adolescents, amb un enfocament en el desenvolupament físic, acadèmic i emocional. Variants aplicades: -Freqüència -Tipus d'exercici -Aire lliure o en espais tancats -Influencia de les escoles i dels pares

La investigació confirma que l'exercici físic afavoreix el desenvolupament físic, emocional i social dels adolescents, millorant resistència, força, autoestima i benestar general. Els professors destaquen la importància de fomentar l'activitat física a les escoles i superar barreres com la manca de temps i motivació. Un estudi amb adolescents també mostra beneficis en condició física, reducció de l'estrès, confiança i integració social. En conclusió, l'exercici físic té efectes positius duradors, i escoles, famílies i comunitats són claus per promoure hàbits saludables.
