- Un plan de prévention ministèriel pour améliorer le climat scolaire et le bien-être de tous les élèves.- Chaque élève doit évoluer dans un environnement scolaire épanouissant. - Elèves, familles, personnels de l'établissement doit veiller et agir afin que chaque élève puisse se sentir bien et en sécurité, au sein de l’institution scolaire et au-delà. Toute la communauté éducative est engagée.- Chaque établissement scolaire doit se doter d’un plan de prévention et d’un protocole du traitement du harcèlement. Le programme Phare se compose de trois niveaux : niveau 1 - engagement niveau 2 - approfondissement niveau 3 - expertise

Il est composé :- D'un pilote : Cathy Monteil, proviseure-adjointe- 2 Coordonnatrices : Amandine Lebon, CPE et Laurence Mengelle, enseignante- Une équipe ressource formée pendant 2 ans :Au traitement des situations Familiarisée aux outils pédagogiques et éducatifs- Le personnel éducatif qui joue le rôle de "sentinelle"- Les élèves ambassadeurs

- Ils bénéfiecieront de 10 heures d’apprentissage pour sensibiliser et former les élèves à la prévention du harcèlement au lycée. - Ces 10 heures ont vocation à : • aborder les facettes de la prévention du harcèlement : acquérir la connaissance de ce phénomène, comprendre comment il agit, connaitre ses conséquences également en matière de cyberharcèlement, apprendre à s’en prémunir et à en protéger les autres; • développer les compétences psychosociales des élèves et, en particulier, former les élèves à l’empathie afin d’améliorer la qualité des relations entre les élèves et favoriser l’acquisition d’un ensemble de compétences indispensables au vivre ensemble, à l’estime de soi, au respect de l’autre; Pour leur réalisation, il sera privilégié des activités interactives, des discussions en groupe, des études de cas et des jeux de rôle. - Ces heures peuvent s’intégrer à l’enseignement moral et civique et venir enrichir le parcours citoyen des élèves.

- Ils sont les interlocuteurs précieux de l’équipe ressource de l’établissement. - Ils peuvent être les auxiliaires d’une détection précoce des situations de harcèlement- Ils apportent leur expérience à la meilleure compréhension des faits de harcèlement en lien avec le climat scolaire. - Ils peuvent proposer des actions d’information et de sensibilisation au sein de l'établissement.- Les missions des ambassadeurs sont connues des délégués de classe et des élus au conseil de la vie de l'établissement. Le lien avec les instances représentatives de l'établissement est régulier.
