4. Mining steps
1. What is a mine?
A mine is an excavation made in the earth for the purpose of extracting minerals such as coal, gold, or diamonds. Mines can be underground or shallow.
2. Types of mines
There are two types of mines: Underground Shallow / Superficial
3. Jobs mines.
In the last two years, mining in Spain has 46,000 people working in mineral extraction and 250,000 people working from offices. Which is a low figure compared to previous years.
4. Minning steps
This are the steps of minning:1. Prospecting. 2. Exploration. 3. Exploitation. 4. Beneficiation. 5. General labor. 6. Minning transport. 7. Marketing. 8. Closing.
5. Current news
Amper says goodbye to his most picturesque business: he sells his slate mine. The company has announced that it has signed the sale to Participaciones Mineras del Noroeste, for an approximate amount of 4.2 million euros.

10. Sustainable mining and Sustainable Development Goal
Mining companies have committed to making these 10 sustainable development goals to make the mining industry more sustainable: Extract responsiblyWaste less Use safer processes Incorporate new sustainable technologies Promote greater well-being of local communities Reduce emissions Improve environmental care. These goals are related to the Sustainable Development Goals
In this projet we learn about the mines in castilla y león, Segovia and Valladolid and we learnd about all the important things in minning
Thanks for your attention
This open-pit mine is located in the province of Segovia. Metallurgical quartz is found in it.
Shallow
Open-pit mining is an industry that causes immense environmental, visual, human and cultural impacts. It is based on the exploitation of non-renewable resources found beneath the earth's surface crust, and its degree of impact will depend directly on the type of mineral to be extracted.
Underground mine
An underground mine is the exploitation of mineral resources that takes place below the surface of the ground.
In Valladolid there are many mines, one of them is in Cigales, in the Pisuerga region, it is of an arid type and its specialty is gravel and they are underground.
