After initial setup, we recommend plugging the transmitter into your TV's USB power port so that the Medley Clear turns on & off with your TV.
Plug in the transmitter
Use the provided USB-C power cable to plug the transmitter into a power source near your TV.

Slide the power toggle from OFF to PAIR position, and press & hold the switch until both the LED on the earphone and transmitter turn solid blue.

The provided NB18 earphone is the default 1st earphone, and will automatically reconnect whenever it is switched on. If not, simply press & hold the button to the PAIR position, and it will swiftly reconnect.

Get Transmitter into Pairing Mode
Press & hold the button at the back of the transmitter for 5 seconds or until the LED indicator for the 2nd earphone starts flashing red & blue. This means the transmitter enters the pairing mode.

Get 2nd Earphone into Pairing Mode
Meanwhile, get the 2nd earphone (another NB18, or NB16) into pairing mode by pressing & holding the switch to the PAIR position. When both the LED on the earphone and transmitter turns solid blue, they are connected.

Reset the transmitter
Press & hold both the "-" & "+" buttons for about 5 seconds or until the LEDs flash pink and turn off. The transmitter will then automatically re-enter pairing mode.

Reset the headphone
After turning it on, press & hold both “+” and “-” for 7 seconds until the red and blue LEDs are BOTH on for 2 seconds (looks PINK) to clear the paired history (you can hear "DU DU").It then enters pairing mode automatically with the LED flashing alternately red and blue.

Turn the headphone OFF. Then turn both the transmitter and the headphone on. Wait for a few seconds They should automatically reconnected.
* We take the Avantree NB18 for example. Different headphones have different resetting processes. Consult your device's user manual for directions if needed.

Clear your environment
Wifi routers and other devices (like Samsung smart TVs) can affect the pairing process. Try unplugging or moving away from such devices to prevent interference.

Unplug Samsung Smart TV
Samsung smart TVs tend to interfere with the connection process. Make sure to unplug it - don't just turn it off.
Turn Phone's Bluetooth Off
To avoid interference during pairing, please turn off Bluetooth on your phone & other previously connected devices.
