La considero insuficiente. Aunque abordamos teorías pedagógicas, faltó una conexión práctica con el aula real. Por ejemplo, temas como el manejo de grupos o la inclusión apenas se tocaron.

Muy positiva. Me dio una base sólida en pedagogía y psicología educativa. Claro que hubo áreas mejorables, como la gestión emocional en el aula, pero en general fue adecuada.

Difícil. Sentí que debía aprender desde cero. El apoyo de compañeros fue clave, pero el sistema no tiene un plan claro para acompañar a los nuevos docentes.

Fue retadora pero enriquecedora. En mi primer centro, recibí mentoría de un colega experimentado, lo que me ayudó muchísimo a adaptarme.

Es esencial. La educación cambia rápido, pero a menudo los cursos son poco prácticos o repetitivos. Creo que necesitamos programas mejor diseñados.

Indispensable. Estoy constantemente inscribiéndome en talleres y cursos para mantenerme actualizada. La formación inicial no es suficiente para afrontar los cambios educativos actuales.

Ambas entrevistas reconocen limitaciones en la formación inicial, subrayan retos en la inserción profesional, aunque la actitud hacia la formación continua es opuesta.
