CHILDREN SOLDIERS

UNICEF and Save the Children constantly work to help them start a new life. They rescue child soldiers and give them a safe place,food,medicines and a school because without education they cannot hope to have a future.

there are children in some developing countries that are forced to do something even more terrible: become soldiers. Children do not choose this life,but are forced into it because they are orphans and poor. The army offers them food but compels the children to fight,spy,cook and clean for them. Children are easy to control because they do not understand danger.

FAIR TRADE

There is a Fair-Trade System that guarantees justice and respect for all these workers. This system tries to improve children's lives with schools and the possibillity to escape from poverty. Raw materials are bought at a fair price and then processed in factories with environmentally friendly methods involving no child labour. The product is sold to the buyer at a fair price. This method allows families to have a better life ,and stops the use of illegal child workers and discriminations.

BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS

There are places where kids have to work in terrible conditions to earn a very small wage. Most child labour is found in agricultural activities like picking vegetables,fruit or cotton where children work long hours in close contact with pestidicies,insects,animals and bacteria.

They are paid very little and have very little food to eat. Other children work in dusty hot factories making clothes or explosives and again they receive a small wage.
