In this presentation I will talk about a day at my workplace, the Bosch workshop. I will talk about my role at work and my role in car maintenance.

The Bosch mechanic shop is strategically located in the industrial zone of the Porto

Locating the factory close to natural resources and an efficient transportation network reduces our environmental impact.

Being in this industrial zone allows us to collaborate closely with suppliers, customers and other companies in the region.

Bosch is located in the industrial zone of Porto, an area that offers excellent logistics infrastructure and access to a qualified workforce.

My three main functions are:Strategic LeadershipAs CEO, I am responsible for defining the company's vision and strategy, aligning all departments around the goals. Operations Management I supervise daily operations, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement of processes. Decision Making I make crucial decisions that impact Bosch's performance and future.
